I purchased a Blackberry 9900 on contract a year ago, since then I have had 2 replacements. Every time I receive a refurbished 9900 there are new problems with it. I use this phone for both work and personal use and cannot afford to have any more disruptions. I cannot pay R500 pm for a phones that do not work. I have even purchased new batterys thinking the issue is with the battery and that still does not resolve the problem... replace y phone with a brand new handset and not a refurbised else i will look to move my business to another service provider after more then 10 years with MTN
