I submitted a report regarding the poor signal in the Horizon View area in March 2013 as a follow up to my report on 14 July 2011.
On 13 March 2013 it was reported that it was under investigation under ref EC-ZHNB-3OAGQ1.
Here we are at 12 June 2013 and still nothing has been done! It's time for Vodacom to relieve me of my contractual obligations at no cost to myself in order that I can take my business to a cellular service provider which is able to provide a satisfactory service. Clearly Vodacom is incapable of providing a service!
