I have for the past month attempted to cancel my late brother's cell c accounts, but to no avail.
I went into a Cell C store, as recommend by their "customer care" consultant, on 05 May 2013. Provided all the required documents to the consultant who "assisted" me.
Only to be informed 30 days later that the accounts are still active as the consulted neglected to forward the request, to make matters worse, they had lost all the documents.
I have for the past week attempted to contact Cell C's cancellation department directly, again to no avail, as they simply do not answer their phones, even though I was on hold for the 30 minutes.
Even the contact information provided to me, from Cell C, is faulty.
How am I to get through to cancel this contract if I continue to receive such horrific service, this is truly a loathsome manner to treat your consumers.
