Hi peter I report my problem to you about my faulty handset /- October 2012 and still up to date no respond from your people, now I still pay my contract but my handset is still at vodacom service East London and I am in JHB from December 2012, now where can I complain about my problem because it seems to me your people cant assist me with my problem.
