Misled on contract details

At Nashua Mobile Centurion Lake Centre I was told I was signing for an Uncapped Solution (Broad band 3G) but when the bill came I was charged for out-of-bundle data. When confronting the store I was informed that the package I selected was not available with MTN anymore so they put me on a different one - without telling me!!!
After numurous calls and emails (4 weeks!!!) they finally admitted to being wrong and migrated me to the Uncapped solution, but still refuse to refund the charges that should not have been there, had I been on the package selected! Even though I have a voice recording of the person in the store admitting to the contract not being what was explained to me and them making the mistake!
