TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE

Hi

I had an account with Cell C IN 2010 which was paid up in full. Yesterday I recieved an email from pholosa credit solutions stating that i owe cell c R172.98, which was a shocker to me as i did not recieve communication for the last 3 years that i owe them money. This is totally unacceptable from a customers point of view. This is really poor service and this is the very reason that i moved networks. I called the Pholosa and the lady was rude and arrogant i then called c cell and the lady by the name of cherise at legal could not tell me why for the last 3 years i was not notified of this amount being outstanding. This is unacceptable service as it puts me in a bad credit scouring.
