I recently called in to change my debit order date from the 15Th of each month to the last working day. This has been poorly handled.
Firstly, my BIS was canceled on my second line without any warning or reason. And I had to call in to have this resolved.
Ultimately they decided to suspend the line, again for no reason. My first line remained unaffected. I'm not sure whether I should be GRATEFUL.
When I called in I was told my account was in arrears and the reason for that is they had tried to debit my account and there were insufficient funds.
None of that was true. I paid my bill in May 15 of May and all of a sudden (12 June) its in arrears. Secondly my bank account has sufficient funds and autopage never tried.
I try my best to always pay my bills on time. I hate it if I have to put up a struggle to get good customer service, something I'm convinced I'm already paying for.
