I think Ntombi must have lost my number, so here is the complaint again.
I didn't want to do this again, but it seems this is the only way to get response from Cell C. I have spoken to regional managers, team leaders, everyone except the CEO. I haven requested my package to be upgraded from a 50 minute, 50 sms 2Gig to 200 Minutes, 200 sms & 3 Gig of data. I have been promised two months in a row it that the new package will reflect in the new month, and TWICE this has not happened. Just another S*&T story so they can Bull&$%* the next client and no one moans in their ears.
I am currently paying more for fewer benefits, as my account goes over the R250 limit EVERY month. Not rocket science people, just takes one person to take some pride and do their jobs properly. So tired of having to get service from Cell C through HelloPeter.
