My phone was sent for repairs almost 3 weeks ago, i arranged this with the N1City Branch, Cape Town. Just over a week ago when querying the status of the issue they notified me that my phone has been "lost" when having it couriered to the branch! I have been to this store on 2 occasions to follow up on the matter and no one can answer me as to what has happened to my phone. I am still paying for a phone that I cannot use because Cell C lost it! This is bad customer service and contravenes with the Consumer Protection Act. I will take this further if i do not get my phone replaced!
