Telkom line service disruption

It all started last year in oct when i logged a call for issues with my lan line, phones kept on showing emergency calls only. I logged a call and a technician was to contact me. still waiting for that. phone started to work but was on and off. I logged another call in january and still no response. i deleted all my ref numbers for both these queries. in feb i logged another call ref 248CRZ090213 dated 09/02/13. to date only one person has called me and i am still waiting on a technician to call. i am getting sms for me to pay for my acc which is not working. it is now 4 months and gues what no contact or attempt to sort the problem out. TELKOM YOUR SERVICE STINKS. i only wish that neotel come into my area so that i can take the contract with them. I need a credit from oct to date on my acc and the service terminated. i was to take out an internet line for my home, gues what i am not. how can a service provider that promises so much deliver ZERO. i need this problem fixed now. the last comment on the track a fault is dated 09/02/13 the day i logged the query. TELKOM YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND ATROCIOUS
