Cancelation NOT DONE

I requested my contract to be cancelled in June and i was informed to contact Vitality and cancel with them then revert back. i was provided with ref:2901043623 for the cancelation. i called the branch and they informed me that the last debit order will be in July and the contract was cancelled. my bank account has been debited for the account and i'm now told that it is because i have a 12months contract and they will continue billing me but that information was not provided to me when i cancelaled nor was i told of the settlement amount . i refuse to play PING-PONG with vitality and planet fitness. i want you to take responsibility for incorrectly billing my account and refund me, and do it fast. if this matter is not resolve i assure you that i will take it straight to the regulator without hasitating, make sure the person who will call me has the call recording for the cancelation, knows exactly what's the use for the reference number i was given which i provided for the cancelation, lastly that person must tell me exactly how much will be refunded and when.
