After my claim was rejected, I requested a formal confirmation for rejection which I got in writing. I then contacted dispute resolution department at Budget, where I found Tersia Nel. I explained my problems to her and within few minutes; she could understand exactly what was troubling me!
She then gave me her name and contact numbers and promised to come back to me in 5 days. She took about few hours and when she got back to me; she told me that my claim was approved and that some body from claims department would contact me to finalize the claim.
I commend her for the effort she put in on my claim to get it approved. I thank you very much Ms Nel. Thank you; indeed you are a STAR!
