1st for Women rejected the car insurance claim for my client, I then immediately contacted the Dispute resolution contact centre and got through to Khanyi Sigasa.
She took immediate responsibility for resolving the dispute and I only had to deal with her, which was refreshing especially noting that 1st for Woman call centre had been sending us from pillar to post. She ensured that the dispute was resolved amicably within the promised time.
I just want to compliment her excellent attitude and her taking the effort to follow through to ensure the settlement of the claim!
