I had a car accident on the 20th of September 2012, I reported the claim on the 19th of October (had been in hospital), and after writing you many e-mails with sometimes no response, I only got a call (from William Sykes) with your claim rejection decision on the 13th of December 2012. That's almost two months later. I then asked for this rejection in writing together with its details (explaining why you say I was "driving under the influence") the same day. You only sent me the rejection letter (which you know I cannot dispute your decision without) on the 7th of January 2013, WITH NO EXPLANAITON. On the same day I asked you for the explanation again, until today I have not received it. You know very well that I will take this matter to the Ombudsman (and to court) but you want to drag it for as long as possible. You know I cannot go to the Ombudsman before I have disputed the issue with your legal department, and I know that your legal department will also delay it on purpose. If you are satisfied that according to your investigation I was driving under the influence of alcohol, give me your reasons and give me a chance to dispute it so we can conclude the matter for good.
