Internal Dispute Managed in Efficient Manne

My Insurance Company limited my claim for damage to my house, by geyser or geyser pipes, to R20, 000. When I took out the insurance, I insured my house for R3, 200, 000 and my geysers for R20, 000 each. After being told by my insurance company that my claim was limited to R20, 000, I contacted the Internal Dispute Department of Telesure Group Services. Telesure handled my dispute in a caring, professional and efficient manner and got back to me within 2 working days, with an excellent and fair resolution. My sincere thanks go to both Tersia Nel who works in the Internal Dispute Department in Johannesburg and Jaco Du Preez who is the Loss Adjuster in Port Elizabeth. You have both restored my faith in mankind.
