Bad customer service

For 2 months now I have been getting an invoice that is higher than the usual amount. I phoned head office after I have received the 1st invoice they told me I have been overcharged and they will request a credit. Then I get the second invoice and there is no change. I then contact the branch were I did the upgrade on 2/8/13. The manager responded on 3/8/13 & told me that I am still on the old contract, but that contract was less than the new one. I replied back on 5/8/13 asking if there will be a credit as the old contract was less. I did not receive an answer. I followed up on 16/8/13 with another e-mail, no response was received. I called this morning to get a reply. The reply is still not clear. More than a month ago (probably 2) the phone started to give me problems. It just dies, randomly. I contacted the store to inform them of the problem. They want to send in the phone for testing but cannot assist with a loan phone. So a faulty phone was given to me but it becomes my problem and I have to sit with out a phone for 2 weeks. I have been with Altech for a few years now and every single time I have some kind of problem with them. Will definately move to another service provide
