I logged a complain a moth ago about my prepaid service that was cancelled without any reason or explanation. it took the whole month to resolve the issue finally when my service was resumed they conveniently forgot to reimburse my data which they promised me to do when they are restoring my service... now the want me to log in a call again so that i wait another month to get this resolved. please sort this mess out and this time for goodness sake try to do it in less than a month.
please guys sort yourself out you are a new network trying to compete with big guys. give us the service if you really want to grow.
