DATA USAGE CHARGED FOR NOT USED . no RESPONSE
Hello, I am a long standing Client of Vodacom, and have had their mobile services as a provider since mobile was introduced in South Africa. I have never missed a Payment. I have 2 cellphones and a DATACARD, and have normally not had any problems with my invoicing.. on my May3, 2013 statement, I suddenly got a charge for R 1259.53 for Data usage, I normally only pay the Data fee of R 107.99, and have NEVER EXCEEDED my DATA BUNDLE. I immediately went to the sandton City, and raised a query ref no 53-tpf2x-xuowj. I was told that I would get a call in 48 hours. I got a call from a data technician, who told me I had exceeded the data usage for the april 2013 month. I advised him that I never exceed the usage. he could not tell me what had been accessed, and promised to get ACCOUNTS TO REVERSE THE CHARGE WITHIN 48 hours. this was on the 16 may 2013.heard nothing from them, yesterday, I spent 1 1/2 hours at the Vodacom sandton city customer centre with one of their consultants, KARABO MOKELI, who tried for 1 1/2 hours to get through to VODACOM accounts center to NO AVAIL. SHE THEN SAID I SHOULD WAIT NO LONGER AND SHE WILL CALL ME BACK> I AM STILL WAITING!! I HAVE TRIED call
