Hi I just want to express my greatest disappointed with autopage in general. This complaint isn't directed to the
Ballito branch but in as a whole. A few months ago I've upgraded my contract with them with great regret it seems since I am having the same problem with both the handsets they have given me they took in the 1st one and replaced with a new one, nothing has changed on the old one. Then I have a second contract with them that phone software seems to have been damaged. They told me 3-4 weeks its now the 6th week and I am yet to get my phone. I want my phones to be sorted out ASAP as this morning I received a call demanding me to pay in more money. For what? How about me demanding for a proper service instead?!
