Complaint / review / scam report
I took out a Killer Deal where I wasnt suppose to be charged a connection fee, but I was and I didnt make any noise about it (hopefully one day this will be credited as promised), now I realise I am being charged for the calls that I made from the land line to the 8.ta number which should be free. I am now asked to drive to their store to query this, great Telkom, I am getting a statement from you but your call centre cant help with certain things. BRAVO!
