DO NOT TAKE A LOAN WITH MONEYSTAR!!!

I took a loan from Moneystar in July. Firstly they gently "force" you to take a product called the "I-WELL" package. You cant take the loan without it. I have been trying for months to get hold of anyone at I-Well to get the service I paid for. The only thing I actually got for the R1300 I paid, was R400 MTN airtime and a whole lot of nothing else. They sent me a VISA card, when I wanted to activate it, I was met with a voicemail on several occasions and left messages for someone to call me, and I have had NO CALLS from them. I also called regarding the so called monthly credit reports, I have only 1 month left on my 6 month contract and I also have not received any assistance or call backs. I called today again, finally spoke to someone, who said they will transfer me to the right person, held for 7 min, went on voicemail again, left a message again. Called the Moneystar office - 13:30 and even their customer service line went on voicemail?? Thirdly I called them in October to get a settlement letter. As per the NCR they should re-calculate the outstanding balance over the period taken. I contacted the NCR and they said I was right. They still want to charge the full fees??!!
