It has been 1month since I booked in my cellphone at the man store in Durban workshop but since I was told that it cannot be repaired while it was under warranty, upon receiving the phone back there were buttons missing and the screen had dust particles and it was not the same condition as I had booked it in. Up till today I am making countless phone calls to the mtn workshop store in order to receive my phone back but nobody has answers for me, I am told to leave my details but nobody gets back to me. Please help is this what people have to go through at mtn when they send in their phone for repairs?
