I had subscribed to the Cellc getit247 in December and cancelled it in February 2013. And received a refund. But now out of the blue I got a double deduction in May 2013 for April and May 2013. I called and was told in June 2013 I will receive a refund (Reference: 6091947). Today the 10 June 2013 I received my June 2013 statement with a deduction for June 2013 and no refund for April and May 2013. When I called and spoke to Keegan he gives me the same story that it was a system error for the refund but for the June deduction he does not know. Please provide a solution to this problem.
