We went all excited to go get the Iphone 5C from MTN (considering we already have a contract with them) and as we enter the store I start enquiring about the phone (like curious customers do). The woman that helped us had no Idea what the difference was between the iphone 5 and Iphone 5c/5s so I had to explain to her what it was. After that she tells us we will receive an SMS when the contract was approved (we got an e-mail). We only read the email at 14:00 (store was already closed) but the email was sent at 13:00. This after we phoned her (minette) in the morning asking what's going on and she said she would phone us. When we phoned her 13:55, and asked if she would wait 5 minutes for us to come get the phone she just responded no. This we felt was all her fault and she was completely rude about it. I got my phone the following day, just to see a day later that she did not RICA the phone. WORST MTN STORE EVER. I really hope you take this to mind, you have incompetent and untrained staff, who only think of themselves and give NO Thought to customer satisfaction whatsoever.
