I officially give up, Altech... you win.
3 months 2 days and counting since my phone went in on an insurance claim & still no phone.
Brian Maleka who has been dealing with me has tried his best but to no avail (and the poor guy has taken a ton load of flak from me as well). Seems like insurance department can't be arsed getting in contact with me or other departments to let anyone know what is going on, never received e@mails from this insurance department either.
I now "WANT" someone in charge like the REGIONAL DIRECTOR to personally take charge of this as this is now getting rediculous, happy to take your money but offer jack in return... come on peeps.
And for "ALL" the "INCONVENIENCE" caused I think I should receive an "UP-GRADE" at no extra cost, seems not only a logical thing to do but as a form of appology for all the arsing about I have had to endure.
Seems like ALTECH needs to do a "WHOLE LOAD" of "IN HOUSE" cleaning & sort yourselves out why don't you while your at it.
