Pathetic service and Customer service failure

I had the worst customer service experience at 8ta/Telkom store in Canal walk-Centry city. First i was promised that i am going to have an appointment with Waynand on Friday 31st May, about having a contract signed for Samsung tablet, i left work coming straight to them for an appointment only to realise that Waynand left early and Cole promised to assist, we had documents and everything signed and handed over on Tuesday 4th June and once again promised that i will either get a call to my number or my wife's cell phone, that never happend, christian promised on friday 7th cole isnt there and he will take responsiblity to assist and ensure my documents is handed over for Credit verification checks etc, and will get a call back on Saturday morning. i again go to 8ta store this morning only to realise that my documents wasnt handed over to check credit rating and christian will investigate, i told them dont worry i am not interested anymore. i dont want to do business with you guys anymore, i walk out of the store my wife gets a call after 2 hours, Christian says i never signed the document which is absolute, This is service failure and poor customer service. Say NO to 8ta!
