A late compliment but after my last complaint about dealing with Neotel Chrystal stepped in and made sure that none of the issues I raised happened again.
Went above and beyond what I would expect from a service provider in our country, and she was very professional and courteous.
If I ever have to contact Neotel for anything I will be asking for Chrystal to deal with my query.
