On April 2013 I received the call from the above company requesting me to pay an overdue amount of R293, 00 which was incurred after I cancel my contract with them. Fortunately I phoned the company and spoke to Sthembile Mdlalose who explained to me how did the amount came to being. As a valued customer to them I went and pay the money in full and I faxed the proof of payment to Sthembile as agreed, But from April until June no paid up letter and my name is still on ITC but she promised me that she will update my profile with ITC. I am still waiting for paid up letter and my name to be updated with ITC.
