This is so completely unacceptable!!! got absolutely NO service. who on earth remembers exactly how much airtime they used and for what the airtime was used??? and now the call centre cant help you because they suspect you of even if you tell them when last you used the phone and what calls you received and even on what date you recharged? i guess they want us to keep a personal track record of everything you do with your cell phone. how can they call it CUSTOMER CARE or a HELP LINE if they dont do eithe
