Service turn around time

I purchased the 60 60 Gb prepaid data bundle end of March 2013. I couple of days later I went into the Greenstone branch as the internet was so slow that most of the time the wi-fi would not work. They logged a call on my behalf- ref 5290214. I was told that there is a 2 day turn around time for the technician to phone to make an appointment. The technician phoned about a month later. All he could tell me was the internet was slow. I also queried how I could use nearly 30GB in 1 month just sending emails and going on facebook. Promised me someone will contact me. The another tech came to look and told me the signal should be good as the tower is not far from my house. Also told me I would get info about data usage in about 3 days. I have now used 60Gb any time and about 20GBnight surfer data in 2 months. Got sms saying coverage will improve in 2years time and nothing about the itemized billing. Also found out the 061 no"s not registered with banks so cannot buy airtime via internet banking - so have additional costs to buy airtime now as well. Not told to me up front. I would really like answers. Thank you
