Last year I reported a fault. Early in the year it was resolved. They passed a refund and then the service was down again. They upgraded my line. Then it stopped working again. Another 5weeks passed and they say they fixed it. Still doesn't work. Yet they keep calling to upgrade me. Really after 4weeks of Internet out of 5 months. What is the point. I have spent hours on calls with people who pass you on and never actually do anything. At this point it's simple - cancel my broadband. I'll go somewhere else to get a working Internet connection. Whilst you are at it refund me. Telkom is such a joke.
