Saturday 01st June 2013, I called on the Northgate Service Centre, to apply for a Data bundle package. I was handed a Queue matics ticket and like all other customers, I waited. It was busy, however for a monthend Saturday, there was not sufficient staff. The ticket stated that I will wait for 15minutes only, however that was not the case. After waiting for 45minutes on of your clever consultants decided that all payments customers must be serviced first, never mind the Quematics. I then approcahed him to enquiry why is people that came after me, receiving service before me. He just said, "They are doing payments and its quick and I will be serviced afterwards". Now I am asking again, why do you give out tickets with numbers on??? Finally, I got to your consultant and got everything done and also asked her to assist me with my Blackberry Z10, as my sim card did not fit in the slot. She explained everything and advised that she can cut my sim, which we agreed on however she never checked what type of sim card I had. It was a old 32k sim, needless to say I had endless problems which resulted in me having to travel all the way to Morningside to be resolved. MTN you are loosing me
