No communication with customers and lack of stock

I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with KFC in Daveyton at the new shopping complex where there is Shoprite. On Saturday the 24th Aug I went to but some chicken from them and used the drive through after being there for almost 15 minutes waiting to be served. I was told that their machines to take card payments were not working when I finally got to the lady that was supposed to take my order. When I asked why was there no note plugged for customers not to waste their time waiting on a queue, I was told that the manager said to the staff that they should not put up a note. This is pure disregard for customers if you ask me and it's just plain rude from the manager. I do not carry cash on me hence I prefer to use my bank card for transaction and it is an inconvenience to me as a customer is I have to wait on a queue then get told that i cannot be served because I don't have hard cash. I have had enough with this franchise in Daveyton because every time I go there I never get joy. If it's not this it's the other and that, why don't they just close down shop and call it a day because their staff is incompetent and can't seem to think much. I'm very upset and disgusted!
