Enhance and Improve your Service Provisions

The MTN Network has been giving a Congestion message since yesterday 06th June 2013. A person eventually manages to get through to your 173 number which is automated and takes a person around in circles. Does the exorbitant costs that your company raises from its patrons not allow you to at least employ real live people to deal with our queries, complaints or compliments?

This problem has been ongoing since yesterday yet not a single message of Apology or notification has gone out from MTN. This is a show of blatant disregard of your loyal Patrons needs and wants. A mobile phone is not a luxury. It is a matter of necessity and with the high rate of crime, it is important to be able to reach the necessary emergency services at the drop of a hat. Unfortunately, that is currently not possible. Should this become a reason to opt for a more suitable Service Provider after over a dozen years of loyal patronage? I will await to see how efficient your feedback on this matter is to make a decision.
