After so may phone calls and conversations with the call centres at MTN every single consultant has a diffrent excuse that they tell us? Why can't we download anything from the network or even BIS. Even after I tell them I know you can't donwload using BIS? They still have this thing that you need to re register your sim card... Not even that works? Same message all the time "network error" if I knew this was gonna happen I would have rather changed to a different network? Does MTN realy do something to improve their service to loyal customers? Do they have enought towers to make sure every one has the full use of the network? I doubt it!
