On visiting Gold Reef I noticed many patrons jump the long queues. These patrons, when asked say that there are people ahead "keeping their place" & that they are allowed to do this. Having a place upfront is firstly questionable & secondly at times, one person joins a queue then after some time phones 5 of his friends to join him upfront, everyone else is now 5 places behind! There is nothing you can do as there are no signs or personnel enforcing NO PLACE KEEPING. I suggest making it a rule to prohibit place keeping. If this rule does exist, please make it clear & place signs at every ride to show this & if there isn't then please create one. Many simple signs would suffice which other patrons can simply point queue jumpers attention to. Place keeping is definitely abused by MANY patrons. There will be more patrons who will appreciate enforcing this than not. If a person leaves the queue then he loses his place, only ONE person suffers. But if that same person leaves and then comes back to the front, then EVERY person he passes on the way up the queue hates that patron & GOLD REEF & TSOGO SUN itself. Please provide a reason why there are no no" place keeping" signs at Gold Reef.
