VERY BAD SERVICE AND UTTER DISGUST

Good afternoon

Since the 03rd June 2013 I have been following up with the call centre, informing them over and over that I would like urgent assistance. I was informed that the supervisor will be calling me. I even sent an e-mail. Please see below the info sent to MTN.

My phone has been taken to MTN in Zewenwacht on 29 May 2013. I received an sms on 30 May 2013 advising that my phone is out of warranty and I have to pay R1 305.00. I called the contact centre who informed me that I need to send in my POP in order for them to assist. I did so on 03 June 2013. I followed up everyday and I was told and is still being told that I must pay the above amount as the phone was dropped.

Let me confirm the following. My phone went on and my battery was even charging. The only thing that didn't work was the fact that I could not scroll. I confirm that I did not drop my phone, nor did I damage it. I had a front screen cover on it and at the back as well. How can I be charged for something I did not do? I am disgusted at the way in which this has been handled and do not take responsibility for something I did not do. I pay monthly for a contract, why would I damage my phone?
