Poor service rendered

I am utterly disgusted with the poor service i received from vodashop in kuruman. My phone was on wednesday and then i went on thursday to report it. I spoke to the lady not sure about her name she asked me for the IME number i told her that i do not have it she said she cant help me without that info, i asked her if she cannot check it on the system because wen i filled the forms for the contract that info was required and she should have it on the system, she said "no" and told me that i was supposed to have kept the box of the phone everybody knows that one must have an IME number always, with an attitude rolling her eyes and pulling herself. If this is the type of service that you render then there is no need for me to continue with u and take my contract elsewhere, where my money will be appreciated, My sister was with voda-shop she was prepared to move her contracts but i convinced her otherwise not knowing that i will also get the kk service. If you can start doing a survey in Kuruman, you will see how many unhappy customers you have regarding the service, its only that they do not know what channels to use for complaining.
