I took my contract phone to Nashua Kuraman for repair 4 weeks back. the consultant told me that iit will take 3 to 4 weeks for the phone to be repaired. she also explained to me that i will receive a call from head office to comfirm if the phone its mine. Apparantely the phone was returnr back Kuruman branch because i never answered my phone but i dd nt receive or miss any call from head office. worse of all the kuruman branch never informed me about the return of my phone un til i went to the store and they told me that the phone came back unreturned because i never i answered a call from head office.
