I have been with 8ta for 2 years and always say how fantastic they are UNTIL my phone became available for an upgrade. I went into a store, did all I had to but alas, on the system it said my account was suspended (even though it worked perfectly) The kind lady logged a complaint and I had to go back. I went back and alas, they had been robbed so no phone. THEN, I get told that even tough my contract ends on 18 June 2013, I can only get the upgrade at the end of the month. So, I'll be without a phone for 12 days!!
Why the would I have to go without a phone for 12 days??? I've been in store 3 times now and yet again I'll be there next week yet I cannot get it until month end. I bought a dongle and data when I was there last and if I don't get the phone and contract that I want by the 18th then they can take back that stuff too because this is ridiculous!! Well done 8ta for clearly using the copious amounts of brains you possess!!
