Does no service count as bad service?

On the 29th of April, a friend and myself went to Mweb, Canal Walk to transfer the Mweb ISP account to my business's name. We had all the relevant documents and the entire process took less than 15 minutes.

We repeatedly asked the clerks is there anything else they need or anything we can do. They replied that no further action on our part is required, if the transfer is not approved we would be notified.

More than a month later, we have still not been contacted and the account is still in my friends name, his bank accounted is still being debited.

Normally I would assume that this is the level of service delivery which we have grown accustomed to in South Africa but we went through the exact same process with Telkom who delivered in less than 24 hours.

Now if Telkom can do it, surely MWEB can...
