Upgrade, it all started on Thurs evening last week,
I decided to upgrade on line as it is cheaper. Well we got an sms the following day to say your upgrade phone will be with you shortly, great news. We then phoned the help line to check what time frame shortly was, to our horror the computer voice said your phone will be del on the 14/6/13. So I phoned to be informed that this was wrong and that my BIS had been switched off mid day fri (contract ended @ midnight fri). Ok so the call centre person said if I paid for BIS I could have it, not happening as my upgrade contract has BIS included. Then after a couple more calls to the call centre getting different stories I was eventually told my new phone would be with me the next day (mon). Cool so off to work I go and my wife phoned me to say Ram are at my home but will not release the phone to a 3rd party. After speeking to the courier dude, and his boss, I had to phone the call centre again. Spent 20 min on hold before I spoke to a human who couldn't help and put me through to another department who also couldn't help but said she would get the correct dep to phone me, that call I am still waiting for. STILL NOT RESOLVED 1 week late
