Vitality Mobile is dying already!

I want to congratulate Cell-C for the strides they have made and the brilliant, transparent processes they have pioneered in our country's cellphone industry of late.
Last year in September I read a media release in which Alan K-C detailed a future relationship with Cell-C to be called Vitality Mobile. The benefits to me seemed obvious.
So in January this year, I signed up for Cell-C and waited. It took longer than the press release said (promised first quarter 2013) but that was all forgotten when in June they launched. I immediately switched over and I took out a second contract for my wife so that we could phone each other for free.

Since that day and after 4 recorded calls to the vitality mobile call-centre, I have still not received any of the services those agents and managers promised.

It started with us being charged for data before our data bundle was exhausted. It then progressed to us being told much later on that Vitality have certain sites that they charge for (unlike cell c). When asked twice to send me a list of sites/billing plus the contract fine print I must clearly have overlooked, I have yet to receive either after a month of waiting. No space left to write..
