HANDING OVER TO COLLECTIONS

AFTER 8TA FORCE US TO UPGRADE, AND WE DOING THE UPGRADING ON MONDAY 03-06-2013, EVERYTHING IS APPROVED, BUT THEY CANT RELEASE THE PHONES, BECAUSE 8TA HAND THE ACCOUNT OVER TO COLLECTIONS, AND THE CONSULTANT IN N1 CITY 8TA SHOP SEND SEVERAL EMAILS, BUT 8TA JUST IGNORE THE EMAILS.

TODAY IT IS FRIDAY 07-06-2013 AND I PHONE I CUSTOMER CARE, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL PUT A REQUEST THROUGHT TO ACCOUNTS.

I TOLD THEM IF THE PHONES IS NOT DELIVERED BY THIS AFTERNOON WE ARE GOING TO CANSELLE THE CONTRACT.

OUR CONTRACT EXPIRE AT 31-05-2013, BUT 8TA DONT WANT TO GIVE US, OUR NUMBERS ON PREPAID.

MTN OFFER US A CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. SO 8TA GO AHEAD WITH YOUR POOR SERVICE, AND SE WHERE YOU WILL END UP.
