Overcharged for the wrong product

I took out a contract at Nashua Mobile in the give after I had a major fallout with CellC because of a deal they advertised and did not follow through on. Vusi assured me that there would be no problems, since they had the deal available here.

Great I thought, and 3 weeks later when I finally got the phone and could use it a few days after that I assumed everything was fine, until I got my first account.

The deal was for a straight up 200 for R399. My account clearly states now that I have a Straight up 100 for the same price, so my cellphone bill is significantly higher than I expected because that is what I was quoted, that is what was advertised and that was what I signed off on.

In my mind this is close to, and I do not want to do business with a company that that is dishonest to the point of being criminal.
