I am due for a cell upgrade on 3 of my contract lines. We applied and sadly got a rejection notification. We asked why? And we were told that a furniture shop had handed us over for collections. Since I have only had one such account I phoned them and their were surprised since our account is paid up plus their never handed us to any collections department.
We have been trying to get hold on of Nudebt but no one at Telkom Mobile has their number and we have no other way of speaking to them.
I have the option of changing my network provider but I am mainly interested in understanding where the 'you are with collections' is coming in for the sake of clearing our name.
