I logged a billing dispute on the 20th of December 2013. I was billed for my data bundle and for GPRS usage. 20 December they told me that it was a problem on their side because they have not loaded my data bundles for October and November. The first week in January I phoned to follow up as nothing happened. Today I phoned again and was told that the incident was never logged on their system. Next week I will be billed for another month of GPRS usage where I should have a data bundle loaded. Luckily for they I am paying by debit order, so they have their money and I have to wait for for my refunds. Then I had to fight to have someone phone me before end of business today for an update. Not very good service.
