Will not honour pricing originally quoted

I called Nashua Mobile yesterday about a CellC contract for the iPhone5 on straight up 200 package. I was given a quote of R399/m and sent forms to fill in. I noticed CellC had the same package for R100 more so thought Nashua's deal was quite good. They even sent a pricelist with the price. Today, I reply to the consultant with a query, adding that my forms are filled in and about to be sent only to be told the pricing has changed for this contract and that I now have to pay R499/m. R100 more and the same as CellC. I find this completely shocking that the Nashua will not honour yesterday's quoted price! Naturally after telling the consultant this, I have not heard a word back from her. No apologies. No assurance that she will speak to anyone and see what she can do. Absolutely nothing. Service like this was the reason I first left Nashua Mobile. It appears that in 2 years, nothing has changed!
