Poor service

This is my first time applying with Autopage Cellular for a new contract. I collected the cellphone on Monday 3rd June 2013, where they had to port my current cellphone number to the new network provider. It's the 7th June 2013 already and still sitting with a cellphone that's in a box, which i can't use because i'm not active on the new network as yet. i was told today when I called them for feedback @ 15h20 that my number will only be active on that network on Monday 10th June 2013, as it's weekend and the staff responsible for the connection doesn't work weekends.

I am really unhappy with Altech Autopage Cellulars service.
