Mtn poor survise

My two month old blackberry phone was taken to mtn for pepair due to faulty scroll pad that didnt work
The phone was taken in by a Lindy at 25 April. When i took it in the lady said it would take two weeks its more than a month every time i go in they tell me they will call me but i never hear from them i pay 350 A month and
I dont have a phone. They ever told me if i stop my contrack they will blacklist me.
This is really bad bad bad!!!
